The WGA Caddie Scholarship Fund (CSF) is a 501(c)(3) notfor-profit organization that fosters the core values of personal responsibility, integrity and perseverance by giving young men and women in service to golf the opportunity to further enhance their lives through the pursuit of higher education. The Fund provides college scholarships to qualified candidates based on financial need.

The WGA Caddie Scholarship Fund was established in 1956 by renowned amateur golfer Willie P. Turnesa and his good friend, Udo Reinach. With over 2,500 recipients since its founding, the

Caddie Scholarship Fund has provided in excess of $10,000,000 in scholarship funding.

The CSF is one of the largest organizations of its kind in the nation. Caddie scholarship awards range from $1,000 to $10,000 per year for undergraduate study or for study at an accredited

trade school. Maximum awards are reserved for exceptional students with exceptional need.

There are currently 287 WGA Caddie Scholars attending 140 educational institutions or trade schools, representing a four year tuition commitment of more than $4 million.  The Fund is made possible through the support of local golf and country clubs, individuals and special events like the CCH Invitational.

Thanks to our generous donors we were happy  to announce our first CCH Scholarship Recipients in the summer of 2017. And through these donations and gifts we have raised more than $800,000 in gross proceeds since our launch in 2016. This gift will be awarded to a worthy candidate who has been a dedicated employee of a local club. This recipient will embody the qualities and attributes of the scholarships namesake.
